The pure silver thread found in Ecosilver ® / Naturasilver® products does not contain any chemicals or harmful substances, it is completely NATURAL and has no consequences.
The use of nano-silver particles impregnated into fabric through the finishing process is prohibited due to their contact with the human body and their ability to accumulate inside cells.
Statex – Shieldex metallized silver threads do not contain nano silver particles. The silver used is pure and is completely the metal itself. For this reason, the silver yarn technology adds to the product: antibacterial, anti-koku, anti-edema, anti static and air-conditioned features last as long as the life of the fabric, it is PERMANENT, This permanence has been tested with 250 industrial washes.
Since 1965, Statex – Shieldex / Germany company has started to produce pure silver coated fiber, filament and fabric using purified silver metal. The only metal allowed to touch human skin in textile products is silver metal, provided that it is 99.9% pure. 99.99% PURE SILVER is used in all Ecosilver ® / Naturasilver® products.
PURE SILVER has an oligodynamic effect on approximately 650 different types of bacteria and microbes. In addition, since it is a metal with high conductivity, it breaks the electrical circuit between nerve cells at the points where it touches the skin.
It supports the acceleration of blood circulation by completing. The protective feature of PURE SILVER is realized by ion release. Thanks to 99.99% PURE SILVER, our products clean themselves from bacteria and germs. In humid or wet environments, the ion release power of PURE SILVER can be up to twice as much.

Features gained to textile products made with pure silver coating:
A fabric or carpet containing 0.5-1% pure silver fiber or filament becomes completely anti-static and when used, it causes the static electricity accumulated in your body to be discharged.
Fabrics containing 3-4% pure silver have anti-static properties, as well as preventing microbes and bacteria from forming colonies and thus preventing odor caused by sweat.
When fabrics containing 4-8% pure silver fiber or filament are made, you prevent microbes and bacteria from forming colonies on the fabric in a shorter time.
Fabrics containing 12-15% pure silver help protect individuals with electromagnetic hypersensitivity (EMADS) from electromagnetic fields at specific frequencies.
Fabrics containing 12% or more pure silver, when woven correctly, provide 10dB or 20dB shielding and act as an effective barrier against electromagnetic waves at a frequency of 10GHz.
